This is not a compulsory plan but a suggested plan for any player that wants to improve their state of mind and body for future football matches. Friday - The day before the match Fresh Fish Saturday - The day of the match Important: Do not eat too much before the match, i.e. small breakfast followed by a light lunch (no bread). Soup Drinking too much alcohol after the match only dehydrates you!
